poor picture quality on all sports and entertainment channels

have just turned my box on for the first time since late yesterday evening and the picture quality is really bad.the picture on all channels are all blurry,there has definately been a drop in the picture quality from when i last watched on sunday evening which was perfect,i am using the black now tv box on a wired connection,anyone else have this issue?

The picture on sky sports channels is shocking i am unable to make out anything. Only on sky sports though, i have a month pass to watch the footie and the golf(Ryder Cup hopefully) NOW TV Live chat are not very helpful or really have a clue how to resolve the issue. Have offered a free week sports pass which to be honest is rubbish as wanted to watch the footie today and PGA 4th round have no idea how to fix this!!

I've noticed a huge deterioration in picture quality the last week.   I cannot see writing or faces its that blurred.  What is going on?
