downloading content

cant dowload content of my mail on my Apple phone or laptop

Hi @dee3 

What happens if you go into your NOW online account and turn off Broadband Buddy.

You might also have to go into Apple device Settings and turn off Private Relay if you can't download or view attachments etc from your emails.

You can't download onto a laptop. Only phone or tablet.

This is mail that can’t be downloaded from, not Now content.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
