Engineer Vist - Required or Not?

When I bought NOW broadband I was told that I did not need to be at home, and that it would all be set up remotely.

My activation is set for tomorrow, and I've just received a text saying that an engineer will visit me between 8am and 1pm TOMORROW.  I haven't booked time off from work, so now I'm confused and wondering what to do.

Will an engineer arrive or not?

I've scoured the NOW website and cannot find a customer services telephone number to call, and the chatbot is so stupid that I can't get an answer to my question.

Has anyone got a phone number I can call or point me in the direction of a human at NOW that I can confirm my setup with please?

Many thanks in advance.
Paul.

Here's the number: 0330 332 3050. If you already have a working phoneline/Openreach installation then the engineer is unlikely to need to call. If you don't, then I am not sure how you imagined things would go ahead.
