code FVP-300 when connected to Now Internet

I have just connected my Now wireless Broadband box and none of my Freeview Play apps will work!

I went back to my previous wireless provider and they work. I have tried updates, all things suggested online, just will not work.

You need to specify the device you are using. Many devices have those apps. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008  Its a toshiba smart TV. The Freeview apps just wont play

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

You can only have one landline Broadband provider at a time.  How did you manage to go back to your previous one?

This suggest that perhaps Now Broadband isn’t actually installed yet.
