cant access anything

every time I  try to access something on the site such as my broadband buddy, its coming up with an error message that reads, something wasn't quite right please try again.

Have you tried changing your broadband buddy settings?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

yeah it wont even let me on the settings to change anything.

You are logged in when you try it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
