Unable to reach NOW broadband Via calls to move home and I'm moving June 25th.

What telephone number was you trying ?

Have you tried the telephone number in this screen shot below taken directly from the NOW Broadband online account (see screen shot below).

If still can't get through via the telephone, then either send them a message using the web form in the link page below or send them an email using the address on this screen shot below.

You could also try the telephone number on the link I provided.

When I have contacted the NOW Broadband Team in the past I have used the telephone number on this screenshot below (this is the telephone number NOW Twitter Help gives to their NOW Broadband customers)
