Unable to contact Now to Liven my Broadband, Calls and TV

I have been online with the very unintuitive bot trying to find an option to liven my Broadband, Calls and TV. I was due for this to be installed and live by 12th May. BT OPen Reach have resolved the issue and I can't even contact Now to liven my service. My order status said this should have been live on 6th June

This is appalling, does anyone know how I can get help
