Are you running multiple devices simultaneously on one Now Account?
The limit is now one stream, unless you are watching via BT TV on a YouView box when you can get two streams, or have a Boost, when you can get three streams.
Also note that if you switch from one device to another, this can take up to ten minutes to register at Now, during which the first device still has hold of the stream.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
