Sky Sports Mobile Pass not activating

Hi wonder if anyone can help (getting nowhere on the chat)

Got a 5 month Sky Sports Mobile Pass as part of an offer over 10 days ago, had an email saying it had been added to my account but it's not showing. Have tried logging out and in again, deleting and reinstalling app.

If I’m not mistaken it can take about 5 days for a mobile membership to get added to account.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I just got straight through on chat as I thought I had the same problem but it is actually (for me) because you only get access to 5 of the 11 channels:

Sky Sports Premier League, News, Racing, Action and Arena

 

I was trying to watch the EFL game but that's not included
