Router keeps rebooting

My NOW TV Hub Two router keeps rebooting itself. Yesterday it must have rebooted itself 20 times.

I assume it is rebooting when the only the power light is on and it is red, then the others eventually light up to the 3 greens

Any suggestions why?

The router is known to be very poor. Have you tried a factory reset?

Do you know if Now can supply a router that works?

They can supply one that shouldn’t reboot all the time.

’Works’, as most people understand it, might imply rather better WiFi range than it actually provides, but there are things you can do to alleviate that.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
