Problem with high jitter

Over the past month or so I've started to have problems with high jitter and stuttery lag when streaming or playing games.

Average download and upload speeds seem to be fine but every few seconds I get a big spike in latency.

The issue persists even when connected via ethernet.

Any ideas?

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Are these over Ethernet or Wi-fi?

It happens over both. I seem to be fine through the day but once it hits around 10pm my connection turns terrible.

Fair enough, just eliminates another troubleshooter for staff. Have you given the team a call from the link I provided?
