Hi,
I am trying to setup portforwarding for ssh on both my laptop & desktop.
For my laptop, I have:
- setup a service: start port 22, finish port 22
- created a inbound firewall exeception for this
This is working!
For my desktop, I tried to do the following:
- setup a service: start port 2222, finish port 22 (with the hope to connect with `ssh username@your_public_ip:2222`)
- created inbound firewall exeception for this
This failed (when setting up the service) with error: "Start port value must be less than finish port value, please re-enter value".
Why is this the case?
Is there another way to do the setup I would like (clearly in 22 & out 22 wouldn't work)
