Original 'BT' line into property needs replacing

Just moved over to Now BB today - everything up and running and service is good. However, when I was connecting the equipment, I noticed that the original 'BT' telephone line coming into the property from outside is very brittle and corroded. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting it replaced, please? Thanks!

Thanks for responding! The line and service are all fine - been live for
about an hour and all good. Rang the number in the second link and was told
that they'll send an engineer once they get the official notification that
the line has gone live. Thanks for that! Much appreciated.
