Poor installation by engineer

We requested an installation location in the house. Engineer fobbed us off and connected to the original phone location unwilling to do anything. Now wifi covers my neighbours property as well as is does mine and I have poor WiFi coverage over the house. Can it be moved as currently I'm going to have to spend money because of the awful engineer installation.

Was this a new installation?

FTTC services are now considered self-install. (i.e. they just send you the router and you plug it in)

And master socket relocation is a chargeable service.

Luxury !!! Still not installed,no phone and no internet.

Engineer did not show up for appointment yesterday and done the same today, absolutely disgusting.
