Orange Internet light

Hi. 

 

I've been having an issue for the past week now. The router has an orange light in the Internet section. 

 

All wires are connected properly. I've tried resetting the router too but no luck.

 

Any ideas?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

But if not, note the date on the posting you have replied to.

So I suggest you use ‘Start a discussion’ to make your own new thread, describing your issue in more detail, for more current help from your fellow customers, as nobody who actually works for Now reads or posts here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
