Now said that internet WILL come on the 9th of January 2023 BUT IT STILL IS NOT COMING. outrageous

Now said that internet WILL come on the 9th of January 2023 BUT IT STILL IS NOT COMING. outrageous what am i paying my hard earned bucks for? Please help I called them and still not working.

Nothing we can do as we are just customers like you. All you can do is to keep pestering the call centre.

What you need to bear in mind is that NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach for setting up and maintaining the network.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Have you moved to Now from another ISP at the same property?

 if you were with another ISP then who was it?

 Did you cancel your previous supplier, or did you sign up with Now  without cancelling your prevous supplier?
