So have you ordered a stick or a box from the nowtv website shop or have you just purchased a nowtv entertainment pass only ?
If you have only paid for an entertainment pass, than normally the nowtv stick or box doesn't come supplied with a standalone nowtv pass (unless you have bought the bundled device and voucher pass package from the nowtv website).
When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here is there anything mentioned about your order for a stick or box where it usually takes five working days for delivery.
