My go live date is today and my engineer has setup my phone line but I have not received a hub/router. What is going on?

The router should have been delivered by Royal Mail. Did you not receive a tracking number as outlined in this link?

It’s Christmas. Royal Mail are under a lot of extra pressure 😢
