I’ve recently purchased a chalet and instructed Now to install broadband. Engineer came out switched it on at the outside box and left. There’s no phone line to the property. The engineer came back out to confirm this. Is there a way I can contact Now to install a phone line without having to pay the extortionate call charges?

If you have no broadband in the property, then the job isn’t finished. Have you got broadband in the property?
