My Broadband is Error and The Phone Line is Not Helping at All

Hi, my broadband is not working today. I've unplug and reinstall the modem. Already test the connection with https://account.nowtv.com/check-service-status/ and call the customer service.

But when the bot machine ask: 'Have you called us before?' and even after saying YES YES YES many times, it always directed me to the https://www.nowtv.com/myphoto

Any tips on this?

Which lights are on on the router?

Try logging in to the router admin interface and click on the Advanced tab. Then go to Maintenance > Router Status and look for "IPv4 Domain Name Server". Is it showing "0.0.0.0"?

If so, go to Connection Status at the bottom and then click Disconnect, wait a few seconds and then click Connect.
