new microfilter

Does anyone have a telephone number for customer services?

I know I need a new microfilter, but the site sends you to sky website who do not have any info on them.  When I test my line it is fine, I know the filter is at fault as the phone works without the filter.  Round and round this stupid site so much I am dizzy.

@RoyB Thank you. I have ordered one, but will be seriously looking at leaving NOWtv as I cannot abide the lack of customer service. Kind regards.

Indeed a merry dance if you go to Sky Accessories, where you can type in microfilter and be given a link, but it just goes back whence you came 😢

Somebody from Now, or Sky, or both, should address this @Simon-J 

But did you try the alternative there, to give Now Broadband a call?
