Can anyone help, I have ordered broadband however the confirmation screen is blank and I have been searching the website for 2 days for a contact number to sort this out but no joy.
I have not received the email confirmation either.
please help

Sounds to me then that the order didn't go through (unless you used a different email address).

I've had no email at all confirming my order of broadband. On hold for hours on telephone, and the live chat is a robot.
