No connection downstairs

Hi...new to NOW broadband. 

I am in a 3 storey cottage and WiFi great on middle and top level. No connection on downstairs level so having to use DATA all the time. 

Any suggestions gratefully received

You may be able to tweak your wireless settings a bit, have a look at this help page especially Step 4:

Otherwise, consider WiFi extenders.

Which floor is the router on? Hopefully not the second floor.

Your best option may be to get a pre-owned Sky SR203 router off eBay, a zero-configuration replacement for the Now router, but with much better range.

Otherwise, I would recommend one of these:-

which has the advantage that no matter how far the area you want to serve is from the router, you can place the WiFi end right in the middle of it, just as long as both PLAs are on the same mains circuit.
