Stoke-on-Trent 11.11pm broadband down but all hub lights are on and normal. Anyone else having issues?

Rugby - the same problem.
For computer with Windows go to:
** Settings > Network & Internet > Change Adapter Settings.
** Then right-click a connection and select Properties > IPv4 > Properties.
** Finally,select [*] Use the following DNS server address
** And input there 8.8.8.8.
** Ok > Ok
** Try to connect ...

done it works, but is there an option from now on hub 2

Unfortunately no, the NOW Hub doesn't make DNS settings available so it is a case of configuring on every device, therefore it is only a temporary work around. Thankfully on this occasion it was sorted relatively quickly.
