Approaching 4th day in new property without internet and my mobile is broke (haha) any chance in getting a quicker activation? it's currently planned for activation 24th which is a long time away IMO.

You won’t be able to bring it forward I’m afraid. This is because NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach for setting up the connection and maintaining it.
If you wanted you could email support but don’t be surprised if it’s not possible. See below picture for the email address.
