My kids told me that it used to work ok, never really good but ok.
Now, it stopped working in a sense that they play video games that require low latency and low % of packet lost in order to play. In particular, Fortnite.
Any idea why the latency is always so high now, as this is new and also why the packet lost are also high?
Called the support team and they don't know, they say that the line looks good....
Trust me, it is not good.
