Internet drops out every 5 minuts ish.

Since 19.00 hrs my internet wont work properly, i have tried reset my broadband but nothing. Its just stops randomly every 5 minuts and starts again. But i am currently already over an hour without internet.  What's going on?

I have been with NowTV broadband for a month and it’s the worst thing I have ever used. I thought sky broadband was bad until now.  It will drop out every 5-10 mins so I reset the router, it then works for 2-3 days and then the same thing.  Fed up is not the word for it!!
