Installation date

Hi! I'm trying to get a broadband / wifi installed , but the earliest date that instalment can take place is in 2 weeks. I need wifi for my work, is there any way of arranging this for an earlier date?

The date is set by Openreach, so Now can't really change it.

I do wonder though if some other ISP's (with closer relationships with Openreach) can get an earlier date?

After checking you have a suitable data plan, and moving to one if not, use your mobile phone as a WiFi hotspot in the interim.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
