Hub's Control Panel

How can I access the Hub's control panel if I forgot the user name and password?

I've changed it but sadly I forgot...

Hi @Yi 

Hold in the rest button on the back of the NOW Hub Router for around 15 seconds.

Then the Hub Router will default back to its shipped settings for the username and password which is admin and nowtv (all lower case).
