401 unauthorised mesage

I’m trying to access the Wireless tab on broadband control panel on //192.1xx.x.x but get the message 401 Unauthorised, Authorisation required. 

where/how am I meant to get authorisation from?

access is required to disable wireless.

I assume you have logged into the router, username admin, password nowtv.

Why have you obscured the IP address?

I’ve not actively logged in as it says I’m logged in, only option is to log out. I tried to use my now tv credentials in the pop-up I got when trying via my mobile, but I get no submission feedback - fields just remain blank. Should I have different credentials for the control panel?
