I have recently got my hub 2 and for some strange reason you have locked it up with parental controls... This is not acceptable I will control my settings this needs sorting out asap also why is the no direct help support your website does not have a phone number to call and this is a situation that calls for a discussion with a technical advisor

Have you gone into your online account and changed the Broadband Buddy age rating from it's default age 13 setting ?

However as @schnapps says, you change you content controls via your account, not the router.
