Hub password not recognised

Since broadband went down last night, TV says not connected to WiFi. Router password required, but not recognised.

Try a factory reset to the router. See step 1 of the below link.
https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
