Hello everybody
My broadband suddenly cannot connect. I cannot use Wi-Fi at home, I need to use my own mobile hotspot to continue wfh until the appointed engineer come to check. I will not have Wi-Fi at least 4 days. How can I claim for the compensation? Thank you
