@Anonymous User Bear in mind as well if it's your broadband hub you are waiting for it won't arrive until a few days before your activation date. You should be able to track it from your My Account > Track my Order page

@Anonymous User if you are referring to a nowtv hub delivery, the best thing to do is to call the broadband number.

Click "get in touch" at the bottom of the link.
Select the "broadband" option.
click on one of the sub sections and a broadband number should appear.
Remember as 4268 advised, the snow is causing major delays in deliveries.
