Haven't received my Broadband Hub

I placed my order on 1 Sept and status says the Broadband Hub Kit delivery is sent. Haven't received it as yet. No tracking number, no info when it was sent out, no carrier info. How long does it usually take?

Already started regretting switching to NOW.... customer service is basically zero and everything just direct you to community / their help page. Customer service hotline wait time is forever (waited for 30 mins, still counting as I type).

Apparently the router arrives a few days before the "go live" date, so what have you been given for that?

Have you checked your account on-line to see if all looks good? There have been some recent changes at Openreach which may be affecting new Now connections.

You always have the 14 days cooling off period to cut and run if things continue to go South.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
