@gavs82008 This is a (Sony) Android TV with the installed app (v4.0.0).
Things I’ve tried that didn’t work :’(
Checked for updates in the play store, and for the TV itself.
uninstalled and reinstall the app.
restarted the whole TV
Sorry folks I’m out of ideas, perhaps send an email to customer support with photos of the error and explain what you’ve done so far.

One thing to try, which is a bit extreme, is to set the fire stick back to factory settings. Might resolve the issue.
Is the fire stick on Wi-fi or Ethernet? Might perform better on Ethernet. Although not sure if it will resolve the error in question.
