I am trying to login to my NOWtv account on my fire stick but once I put in my details it asks me to choose a membership then goes back to the start. I am able to login to the app on my phone as normal but not on my fire stick or smart tv.

Are you coming across a QR code to scan?

Or does it take you straight to the homepage?

It goes to the qr code I scan it and fill out all the details and then goes bankrupt o the homepage again.

Don’t do anything with the QR page apart from hitting “ok” to close it. That will then take you to the home page, which you can navigate to the “options” section at the top right for account. There is where you’ll be able to log in with the account you have the active memberships with.
