Engineer didn’t turn up & no contact since

I was given an engineer visit booking for 25/03/20 between 08.00 - 13:00. After their no show & no phone call received as was promised to inform me of their intentions or rearrangement, I have been ringing Now TV continually every day since but cannot get through to speak to anyone as it simply plays depressing ‘music’ on a loop & doesn’t even tell you your position in the queue or even if the phone will ever be answered/if anyone is actually on shift to answer the phone & will happily keep charging your phone bill for hours while no one answers. With ‘Live Chat’ disabled too, there is literally no method of contacting this company. How am i supposed to set this up with no engineer turning up & no one even bothering to contact me?
