Emails don't load

Since I changed to Now most of my emails don't load fully and I have a message saying 'Your network preferences prevents content from loading privately'. I have to press the 'Load content' button at the top of the email for the full email to come through.  Does anyone know which settings would allow the emails to load (I'm on a Mac but presume it's a Now issue as it's only started doing this after I changed to Now)

Hi @Cna

I don't own any Apple devices, but see if there is anything on this link thread below taken from the Sky Broadband Community.

Hi @Cna

First thing I would try is go into your NOW online account and change the default age setting from 13 under Broadband Buddy.

https://help.nowtv.com/article/broadband-buddy-troubleshooting

If changing to something like age 18 or off doesn't help, then if using Private Relay on your Mac, then test with Private Relay disabled.

I turned off Broadband Buddy earlier today and I don't have Private Relay on my Mac or iPhone.  Any other options?

Would broadband buddy take a day or so to kick it with the new settings maybe?

Hi @Cna

Broadband Buddy Settings changes should happen straight away once you have changed something on your online Broadband Buddy Settings from my experience.

Usually when I make changes to my Broadband Buddy age rating for example I get an email notification from NOW of the change I have made.

See if there is anything on that link I posted from the Sky Broadband Community which sounds similar to what you are experiencing.

I read the Sky link you sent and went to my Mail settings on my Mac and iPhone and unchecked the Protect mail activity box.  Loaded mail again  and the 'load content' message has gone. It means I can't hide my IP address though but think that's ok (I hope it's ok!). Thanks so much for your help
