Hi there,
Having issues with the broadband, it won't open up emails on my or my partners phone - or if it does you have to wait a good 30seconds to a min before it does load anything. The other option is you have to flick the wifi off and on on the phone and download them through the phone's internet instead...
Is this some sort of default router issue, as it it's only emails on the phone? Browsing on the phone is generally ok.

Hi @cozz
If you are using Apple devices, try switching off Private Relay in the Apple Settings.
Plus try going into your online NOW account and change the Broadband Buddy Age Settings or switch it off to see if it makes any difference.
