Do Not Subscribe To Nowtv and Now

Please do not waste your hard earned money on Now or Nowtv. They do not allow you un-subscribe without using 3rd party arbitration. Also highly inflate the monthly subscription bill there-after.

NOW is Now TV, it used to be called Now TV, but just NOW. 

What are you meaning that you can’t cancel? 

Also as you haven’t mentioned what your referring to is it relating to TV streaming or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I will spend my money as I please thank you very much. You haven't really given any insight into your issue other than that you have had to go to a third-party? I trust it has been satisfactorily resolved, whatever it was.

Do I take it that there was some part of ‘Early Termination Charge’ that you didn’t understand?

That’s what the month-by-month ‘No Contract’ option was designed for, people who didn’t want to commit to 12 months.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
