Connection drops

I regularly get a message saying the connection has dropped and then my broadband disconnects.

 

Can anyone help to solve the problem?

Hi, I've just moved to now broadband and I have the same problem with my tv connecting then dropping off, I have used different wireless channels without any look ? 

Not too sure what to do . I did not have this problem with BT

Thank You for your reply, I didn't have this problem with Sky I only moved because now TV was cheaper. Think I might go back to sky next year.

For the last month or so, the radio apps I use with wifi disconnect. Thought it was the app, but I am experiencing the drop with other apps too. I have now noticed that the NowTV wifi signal disconnects (e.g. mobile enters 3G mode) and the wifi reconnects a while after.

This wifi signal drop was not experienced few months ago.
