My wifi connection was cutting off before, (with hub losing one or two lights, similar to how it would look like if it was rebooting) for a minute or less, usually some time past midnight, and not often enough to be a bother, but today it happens what feels like every half an hour or more. It's similar in that the connection loss doesn't last long, but long enough to drop everything that requires a stable connection (a minute or two at most, feels like).
Naturally the connection tester on the now website shows that it's "all fine", because when it ISN'T fine I can't access the webpage.
So, is something going on? Something broke on the provider's side today, or what? I tried the helpline but could not get past the answering machine. Please help.

Well, that’s not right, and Now should be having Openreach look at your line.
Here’s a plethora of Now Broadband telephone numbers; one of them may get you talking to a human being who can help. If you can’t get through to one by calling 150 free from a Now landline, take your pick of:-
0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816
