I bought a new samsung TV and I'm trying to link my account to it. I have the QR code which prompts me to choose a new package from now TV. I already have a Hayu package and I cannot get passed this screen.
EDIT: I managed to go back and sign in manually. The QR route did nothing other than send me to a shopping basket. This process was unnecessarily difficult. I cannot even delete this post apparently so I'm just leaving this edit ...

Yes, Now make it very easy to take out a new Now account on a new device, but absurdly difficult for the vast majority of people trying to use an existing account on a new device.
Why the QR code doesn’t take you to somewhere you can do either, or like the vast majority of streaming service QR logins, favour those with an account already, is quite beyond me 😢
