Which of the three lights are showing orange / red on the front of the Hub 2 Router ?
I am guessing you have checked the wiring between the Router to the BT master socket, and tried holding in the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds ?
Also i am assuming you are not a new customer and waiting for your planned scheduled live switch on activation date to happen which is not overdue yet ?
Then i would give the NowTV Broadband Team a call, you will find their telephone number under My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged in on here (click on the moving home area until the telephone number appears on your screen).
The moving home telephone number is the same phone number for all related NowTV Broadband & Telephone enquiries.
