I placed my broadband order on 1st November - over three weeks ago - and have still not been given an activation date. Neither has the kit been sent out to me. When I called to enquire two weeks after placing the order I was told there is a delay due to an issue with the line and that it would be escalated to the engineer team. One week later and I have had no further updates. I am giving NOW one more day to give me a meaningful answer and a confirmed activation date before I cancel. Extremely disappointed, I expected better.
