Broadband socket

Hello

I would like to join Now as I moved into my new flat today. I checked the sockets and I can see there's a BT and a Virgin one. Would they work with the Now router and broadband plan?

BT very probably, Virgin not.

 

But best to call Now Broadband, and see what they say:-

NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
