Hi
I teach on the internet, but none of my students can hear me. This has only started since I switched to now broadband. I've tried both the desktop and the laptop, nothing neither work. All tests come back saying everything is working fine. Permissions are fine. It is extremely frustrating and I've no idea what to do?

Give the Now Broadband team a ring and ask them.
“NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.
