Broadband set up

Good evening, 

I am due to have my broad band set up from the 26th and arranged this on the 10th of august 22 yet haven’t heard anything via arrangement or hub being posted ?. 

can someone please inform what is happening ?

Normally the router should arrive a few days before the line going active. It should also be via Royal Mail, did you get any emails or texts from them?

Unfortunately the lines for the call centre are closed as they only operate between 8am and 8pm. Give them a call in the morning to see what’s going on.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

if you havent had it, then get in touch - however somewhere on the now website you shoud be able to see your order status.

 If you are moving from another ISP then is that conection still live?


As for the router, beware as unlike other ISPs the now router will not fit through a standard letter box and is a signed for item

On account I can’t see anything set up from webpage , or membership etc.

Haven’t had anything delivered or email/ texted from Royal Mail so will contact them tomorrow .
