Our broadband has just gone down, the line can’t be checked online (via 4G) this is the 2nd time in a week. Last time it was down for 12 hours. We have Sky Glass so are unable to watch tv at all.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I saw that thread. We have checked the status and there is an outage, I was just wondering if it is affecting anyone else in our area.
Yes mines down again as well! Southend area! 2nd outage in 10days! NOW sort it out will you! Never had these issues at previous address.
Call the broadband team from the number I gave in the thread posted. Nothing gets resolved here on the forum.
